Villa Luma

Perhaps this stylish new-build home, full of character, light and beautiful views, could be the one for you!

Villa Luma proudly sits in the front row of a peaceful urbanisation in Alcalalí. Its contemporary architecture and beautiful mountain views make coming home a real pleasure.

The villa can still be completely finished with your own personal touch. So you’re not simply buying a completed house; you can help decide what your future home will look and feel like.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace and private swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms also have their own private terrace overlooking the valley.

Need more space? The lower level offers plenty of possibilities. A self-contained studio, guest accommodation, office, gym, hobby room or additional living space… you decide.

And there’s no need to compromise on comfort. This modern home has been designed with high-quality materials, thermal insulation, double glazing and all the necessary features for a comfortable home.
